New Post Adoption Services (with the exception of translation / interpretation services) are placed ON HOLD, while details of file transfers from private Korean adoption agencies to the central-government agency NCRC (National Center for the Rights of the Child) are finalized. File transfers will occur in July 2025, but agencies need time to prepare the files and process current post adoption requests. We will update our website when AdopteeBridge determines how we can best support adoptees after the file transfer occurs. 

This saddens us a great deal, but we strive to continue supporting the Korean adoptee community and will share further details when they become available.

Correspondence with located birth family / Foster family

AdopteeBridge can help facilitate communication with your Korean adoption agency and your foster family/birth family relatives. In addition, AdopteeBridge mails* OR hand delivers packages directly to Korea.

*If mailing, additional postage will be requested.

Translation services

Depending on the length of item, AdopteeBridge can provide translation services free of charge.

If the item is too long, a small fee will be charged to help cover the cost of translation.

Interpretation services (phone/video call)

AdopteeBridge can help interpret phone/video calls with individuals important to adoption beginnings in Korea.

There will be a fee of $50/hour for this service.
