Bridge to Korea Birthland Tours...

  • support each participant--adoptee, adoptive family members and friends, equally, before, during, and after travel. This support is through direct service, adoptee-centered planning, and referrals.

  • advocate for the adoptee's access to their birth and placement histories, questions to be answered, and for the adoptee's voice to be heard and understood

  • customize individualized post adoption services and mini-side trips for participants inside the greater group itinerary

  • reflect the expertise, experience, know-how of the tour staff and guides in Korean language, history, family culture, adoption, and travel

  • create a respectful and uplifting community of adoptees and adoptive family members

  • provide a comprehensive overview of Korea through varied activities and a balanced itinerary

  • facilitate learning and connection to each adoptee's birth heritage, individual birth story, and adoption path
